APPEAL TO BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA AND RUSSIAN FEDERATION PUBLIC
Danas je tačno 827 godine od izdavanja Povelje Kulina bana
Today is exactly 827 years from the issuance of the Charter of Kulin Ban
29.8.2016. - (English down below) Povelja Kulina bana danas puni 827. godinu od izdavanja (29.08.1189.). Dokument je to koji svjedoči o državnosti Bosne i Hercegovine, ali se još uvijek čuva daleko od njegove rodne zemlje, pod okriljem ruske biblioteke u Sant Petersburgu i do danas ne postoji nikakva naznaka da bi mogla biti vraćena kući.
Povelja Kulina bana dokument je kojim je ban Kulin dao Dubrovčanima slobodu kretanja po Bosni i Hercegovini i time ih oslobodio plaćanja carine, rekavši da mogu dati novca koliko oni budu odlučili da mu daju.
Povelja pokazuje da ban Kulin u tom vremenu nije ovisio od toga da li je neki drugi vladar bio nad njim nadređen, odnosno da on u to vrijeme nije bio vazal nijednom drugom vladaru.
Povelja Kulina bana smatra se rodnim listom države Bosne i Hercegovine, imajući u vidu da je pisana bosančicom, takozvanom bosanskom ćirilicom, i to je jedini sačuvani dokument takvog državnopravnog značaja kod južnih Slavena tog vremena. Redakcija DIOGEN pro kultura magazina i na ovaj način želi animirati domaću i svjetsku javnost da pokušamo vratiti Povelju Kulina Bana u zemlju nastanka, Bosnu i Hercegovinu. Molimo braću Juznih Slavena iz Bosne i Hercegovine, Slavene iz Rusije da nam pomognu u tome (bez obzira što smo danas Muslimani, Srbi i/ili Hrvati ovdašnji): Pišite vašoj vladi, predsjedniku, njegovoj Ekselenciji, Vladimiru Putinu, premijeru, njegovoj Ekselenciji, Dimitriju Medvedevu, Akademiji nauka i umjetnosti Rusije, aktivistima za ljudska prava...

ENGLISH: Today is exactly 827 years from the issuance of the Charter of Kulin Ban (08/29/1189.). The document is witnessing the statehood of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but still kept away from his native land, under the auspices of the Russian library in Sant Petersburg and to date there is no indication that it would be returned home.
Charter of Kulin Ban is the document which gave Kulin Dubrovnik freedom of movement throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina and thus set them free of duty, saying that they can give as much money as they are decided to give him.
Charter of Kulin shows that at that time was not dependent on whether the other ruler was superior over him, or that he at that time was not a vassal of any other ruler.
Kulin Ban considered the birth certificate of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, bearing in mind that it is written in Bosnian Cyrillic script, the so-called Bosnian Cyrillic, and is the only surviving document of such importance for the statehood of the Southern Slavs that time. Povelja Kulina bana dokument je kojim je ban Kulin dao Dubrovčanima slobodu kretanja po Bosni i Hercegovini i time ih oslobodio plaćanja carine, rekavši da mogu dati novca koliko oni budu odlučili da mu daju.
Povelja pokazuje da ban Kulin u tom vremenu nije ovisio od toga da li je neki drugi vladar bio nad njim nadređen, odnosno da on u to vrijeme nije bio vazal nijednom drugom vladaru.
Povelja Kulina bana smatra se rodnim listom države Bosne i Hercegovine, imajući u vidu da je pisana bosančicom, takozvanom bosanskom ćirilicom, i to je jedini sačuvani dokument takvog državnopravnog značaja kod južnih Slavena tog vremena.
