VOLUME 3 „POETS FOR WORLD PEACE“ MEMORY IS ETERNITY How to trust the poets? How to believe their words? How to lean on their thoughts? Easy, very easy: just look at their lives and behaviors and you will be able to separate those with hollow words from those with fulfilled life. On the other hand, having in front of you poetry from different cultures and at the same time with the same targeting is a precious gift. To be a part of the POETS FOR WORLD PEACE is an honor not only for the editors of the book, but also for the poets who told us their story. The story? Yes, story that conveys the message that goes beyond the thoughts. The message that goes beyond the words. The message that goes towards the poetry and peace. The real one. Having in mind that literature is the art of words, in this book you can find a lot of art focusing towards one goal: understandings. Understandings of love and life, above all. The artfull peace comes within the verses of the poets who would like to unify diversitites among them - through being together. Not just in the book, but also with sharing of so called our future of the current past. How? When you go through the poems you will find diversities within the verses, thoughts, rimes, reflections and focusing, but...You will find the sense of humanity , the sense that we all are – mere mortals. But our poems are not. Some of them might be, but the ones in this Anthology are not. Because, the poems in this book carry thepositive message – of love, life and good deeds. As the Co-editor of this book, I am proud to be a part of this message. Why? To link it with the memories. For the eternity of peace and understandings. For the good ones. Anthology of poems is dedicated to the poets who passed away since we have started collecting poems for the Anthology - poetess Susan Bright (1945-2010) and poets: Samir Tahirovic (1971-2011) from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Zoran Matic Mazos (1960-2010) from Serbia.
